碎塊葡萄園 Vins del Tros 的專案計畫自 2009 年開始，由兩位生於 Vilalba dels Arcs 的釀酒師 Joan Ramon Bada 與葡萄農 Josep Arrufat 所創建。從小就是朋友的兩人，幫知名酒莊栽植葡萄與釀酒了一輩子，最終決定合作，將自己對家鄉土地的熱情投注在葡萄園及葡萄酒上。而零極限酒莊 Terra. 00 則是碎塊的另一個超脫計畫，強調完全零添加：從葡萄園種植、採收、壓榨、釀造、裝瓶，完全不添加任何一滴硫化物殺菌保鮮（類似防腐劑），當然也不使用殺蟲劑、除草劑等化學藥劑，完全把葡萄酒還給葡萄酒，也就是所謂的「自然酒」。由於葡萄健康，老藤深入土中吸取大地精華等微量元素，讓葡萄酒充滿活性，也沒有一般坊間認定自然酒就該有的臭味。 莊主Xavi與Josep，為了高地產區（DO Terra Alta）一心只為釀酒，他們的作品瘋狂且鮮為人知， 絕種葡萄復育、傳統橘酒延續、陶甕、大型橡木桶、奧地利桶、自然酒、橘酒等等，唯一不變的就是改變，從不認為每一年的酒都該有跡可循，一切放給自然決定，領略大自然的力量。
「我們所有的葡萄酒都是用自己莊園葡萄釀造的。 尊重葡萄園的生物循環，不使用化肥、除草劑、殺蟲劑，僅使用源自葡萄本身天然酵母釀製而成的佳釀。」

The wine tradition in TERRA ALTA is millenary, there are records of vineyard cultivation through the Costums d'Orta in 1296, and in more recent times there are records of the cultivation of white grenache since 1647.
All of our wines are made using grapes from our own estates. respecting vineyard’s biological cycles. We restrict the treatments to those allowed by the biological agriculture, therefore, our vineyards are free of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and systemics. Our wines are not refined artificially, they are made using solely the grape’s yeast.
The climate in Terra Alta is Mediterranean, with a clear continental tendency and an average of 400mm of annual precipitation, which leads to a high thermal scope.
